I’ve worked really well with both Kelly and Adam over the past 10+ years. I’ve found them really helpful and intuitive from both a candidate and client perspective. From a client perspective when they understand the type of person you are looking for they will try as best as possible to match those criteria taking into consideration other role essentials skills such as their attitude towards work and colleagues and the personalities they will be working with. I’ve always said to them that for me the most important thing is someone’s attitude, with the right attitude they can be shown and taught almost anything and will become an asset to both the company and the team and in many cases achieving that sense of self accomplishment which makes the difference between coming to work because you feel valued and part of a team and feeling like you have to get up and come to work. They have managed to match these requirements and that of the role for me on several occasions.
